Banana Mango Smoothie

Sometimes,all you need in life is some smooth,delicious and healthy smoothie to cool your temper when the temperature seems to be high. Banana and mango fruit have the highest vitamin C, brings a natural and refreshing taste when mixed.

INGREDIENTS

The smoothie is prepared with pure fruit and no filler.

1 large frozen banana

1 cup of mango

1 teaspoon of honey

1cup of water

1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla extract

EASY STEPS:

Step1:WASH YOUR HANDS

Step 2:WASH THE FRUITS

Wash the fruits under running water.

Step 3:PEEL AND SLICE FRUITS

Peel the banana and mango and slice them into smaller sizes.

Step 4:POUR ALL INGREDIENTS INTO THE BLENDER
